    It is the consistency part that I find hardest. I keep track of the kids, the meal, the job, the house but tend to forget me. This simple formula helps.

  2. Thanks for your response, Ging, I totally agree. As nurturers, we often get lost in the details. I’ve been known to set a “timer” to remind myself to take time out for me. It’s most difficult when we have little ones at home all day and night. All we can do is make allowances for life’s interruptions and keep moving forward.
