  1. Especially when we’re working within limited time constraints to get the absolute most out of our workout – those workouts are intense! (We’re not talking sloshing at a consistent pace on the elliptical machine – it’s a sweat pouring, muscle fatiguing workout!)

    The specifics of each person’s goal is different, but the purpose is measurable change to validate progress. Consistency is key – keep going!
