Sweat Dripping Workouts Rock

This motivational image reminded me of an experience I had a few months ago when my “bestie” invited me to a kickboxing class that she wanted to attend. It’s true, I love these types of assignments 😉 It was a rockin’ workout!!

Be sure to get a sweat dripping from your face workout at least 3 times per week and drink plenty of water before, during, and after!
