simpleweightlossIt CAN be this easy . . . But the problem is many of us LIKE to eat too much, go out to eat instead, and sit on the sofa for several hours. Baby steps 😉

  • Eat less food
  • Choose fresh fruits and veggies
  • Cook at home
  • Get outside
  • Exercise in the morning
  • Stretch
  • Be in the moment
  • Take some deep breaths
