More Fresh Air


Less driving and more walking = less worry and more sleep.

With less snow and more sunshine, we’re spending more time outside playing kickball, watching wild turkeys and deer stroll through our yard, and listening to birds chirp spring time songs. Breathing fresh air helps clear the mind and calm the body, which is the #1 ingredient for happiness in my world.

A short walk during the lunch hour or after dinner – it’s that time of year, so enjoy it!
