This diagram helped me  put together an effective smoothie for a furious stomach ache. It has also proved useful choosing foods to feed my family.

I’m not the type of girl promoting meal replacements. However, I like the food associations with various body parts in this diagram. Putting together the whole picture of progesterone inhibiting and natural estrogen promoting foods can help balance mood and hormonal fluctuations associated with menstruation, perimenopause, and menopause.
