Eating Doesn’t Make You Fat


If you’re eating healthy foods and still gaining weight, it’s important to explore what your body doesn’t like and find the source(s) of inflammation. Not all healthy foods are friendly for every person.

Black beans and broccoli are foods that just don’t agree with me. They are healthy and I like them, but I am incredibly bloated and uncomfortable for hours afterward.

It’s important to eat whole foods that make YOU feel good long after eating them!
