While listening to a sermon yesterday the idea struck me that when it comes to health and fitness, my perspective as a personal trainer and woman is deeply seated in the idea that “We’re all in this together!”
Each day I blog about various health and fitness subjects to spread the love of knowing how to care for YOUR body and knowledge on how to “get there.” My passion for health and fitness stems from a general sense of “we,” rather than from the individual sense of “I or Me.”

I couldn’t agree more with you!! Of course I focus on myself more, but a few of my hubby’s friends are trying to get in shape, and I can’t help but feel like it’s a group effort!! I love it!!!
